Many of us get stuck on the journey of improving our vision and don’t know where to turn.
Is it possible that our very way of viewing this process needs attention?
Rather than the poles of effort and inertia modeled by modern culture, perhaps we are called upon to witness an organic unfolding of our being (akin to Dr. Bates’ term dynamic relaxation).
What if our eyes – an extremely subtle meeting point of body and mind – held the answer all along and we can learn to drop into our body and listen?
Every creature turns to light for sustenance – light is the food that guides each soul on its journey towards fulfillment.
The eyes are light receivers and extensions of the brain.
They become distorted through an unconscious need to suppress our own inner knowing.
Therefore trying to “fix” them without exploring potential underlying causes is like changing the oil gauge without checking the oil level in the car.
In the free webinar on September 19 which precedes the 4-week course, we will explore the role of early attachment wounds on our vision. The session will include helpful practices and time for Q&A.
In the 4-week course starting on October 3 called Integrating Our Vision with Soul Wisdom, we will explore the effect of light and energy flow on our bodies, minds, and eyes from ancient and modern perspectives including Ayurveda, Interpersonal Neurobiology, Quantum physics, and Jungian psychology.
Each session will include a handout of the slides, a grounding practice (such as a palming visualization), and time for Q&A.
Everyone is welcome, whether you’re new to vision improvement or a veteran. The only requirement is an openness to different perspectives.

Nalini Ramji is a certified Natural Vision Teacher and Ayurvedic practitioner. She has received training in Nonviolent Communication and has recently completed the Foundations level of certification as a Transformational Coach. Her journey to heal her own vision has become a literal vision quest – a portal to psychological integration (called individuation in Jungian psychology). She has become increasingly committed to the understanding of the female individuation process and the sacredness of the body. She lives in northern California with her partner and two delightful cats.
